My name is Nicole Stewart
With over 26 years of experience in Public Safety Communications, I have dedicated my career to leadership, training, and transforming workplace cultures. As a former Training Academy Instructor and Emergency Communications Center Manager, I have spearheaded statewide training programs and advocated for a people-driven approach to leadership. My passion lies in helping 911 leaders and 911 professionals thrive, fostering high-energy, solutions-driven teams.
Having faced and overcome the challenges of burnout, I created "The Path Forward - A New Approach to Leadership," a course designed to address our staffing crisis and reshape the culture in 911 communications. This program emphasizes collaboration and co-elevation, ensuring teams at all levels are supported and achieve their best outcomes.
